About​

Burgas Zoo is not your typical zoo. The place is eco-friendly, there is no asphalt and concrete, but green areas with rich vegetation. Many of the animals are free-range. All inhabitants are raised in a natural environment, close to their natural one and on territories many times larger than zoo requirements. And the team moves around in ecological and silent electric vehicles that are environmentally friendly and do not disturb the animals.

The zoo also shelters many injured animals free of charge, redirected from various foundations that have chosen to trust us as a place with the best conditions for their breeding. Many of them, after being cared for and fully recovered, are returned back to the wild.
