A Lifetime in Hospitality & Tourism

Tourism has been at the heart of my career for more than 25 years. For 18 years, I worked in city hotels, seaside resorts, and mountain destinations, including serving as a Front Office Manager for the internationally recognised Best Western hotel chain.

These years taught me the importance of exceptional service, attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

From Hospitality to Private Tours

Over the past seven years, I have been running my own tourism business and guiding private tours throughout Bulgaria. Through Bulgarian Adventures, I combine my professional experience with my passion for sharing the beauty, history, culture, and traditions of my country with visitors from around the world.

Summer Adventures on the Black Sea Coast

During the summer season, I am based in Sunny Beach, where I organise a wide variety of outdoor and sea experiences, including:

• Jeep safaris

• ATV tours

• Catamaran cruises

• Jet ski adventures

• Boat trips and sea excursions

For families, I also arrange entertainment cruises featuring activities and programmes designed for both children and adults to enjoy together.

Winter Experiences in Bulgaria

When the colder months arrive, my work takes me across Sofia, Plovdiv, and Bansko, where I organise:

• Private sightseeing tours

• Skiing and snowboarding experiences

• Professional ski lessons

• Buggy adventures

• Snowmobile rides

I also arrange mountain excursions in the Rila and Pirin Mountains, as well as seasonal outdoor activities such as rafting whenever weather and operating conditions permit.

Passion for Bulgaria’s Heritage

One of my greatest interests is Bulgaria’s rich cultural and historical heritage, including its remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Sites. I dedicate time to researching every destination I offer, ensuring that each tour is not only enjoyable but also informative and meaningful.

Tourism is more than a profession for me. It is a passion. I strongly believe in honest communication, responsibility, and treating every guest with fairness and respect.

If mistakes happen, I believe in acknowledging them, learning from them, and continually improving the quality of service I provide.

When unexpected circumstances such as adverse weather conditions prevent an activity from taking place, I provide a full refund and do my best to offer an additional gesture of goodwill whenever possible.
